Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis
  • Provide a safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines
  • Form and maintain professional relationships with parents and families
  • Assess all areas of development of children using the Eclectic Curriculum
  • Develop a progress report for each child. Conduct two parent-teacher meetings per year with each family
  • Responsible for supervision and direction of Assistant Teacher

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in preschool/kindergarten/ childcare setting
  • Good command in English orally and written, Mandarin (for Mandarin teachers only)
