Responsibilities:

  • Student Affairs: Oversee student-related operations, including enrollment processes, student progress tracking, and engagement initiatives to ensure a smooth learning experience
  • Learning Materials Management: Curate, update, and manage educational resources to ensure high-quality, structured, and engaging learning materials for students and teachers
  • Assessment System Development: Support in designing effective assessment systems to track student progress and program effectiveness
  • Teacher Management: Coordinate teacher assignments, schedules, and performance tracking to ensure effective program delivery
  • Branch Operational Streamlining: Ensure smooth execution of academic programs by coordinating between different departments and troubleshooting operational challenges
  • Parent Communication: Oversee the communication process with parents, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of reports and updates
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor and maintain academic standards by conducting regular reviews of teaching materials, classroom execution, and student outcomes
  • Data & Feedback Utilization: Gather and analyze branch academic operations performance data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge in student-centered curriculum and project-based learning
  • Experience in teaching and/or managing coding programs for students age 5-17
  • Understand coding platform (ScratchJr, Scratch, MIT AppInventor, Minecraft Education, Roblox Studio, Python Programming, Robotic)
  • Willing to do field work
  • Fast learner and have a good attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as proven interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Ability to execute multiple projects at the same time
  • Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
