Responsibilities:

  • Manage Kindergarten and Elementary Level
  • Oversee the daily activities at school
  • Manage and monitor teachers and staff
  • Make reports regarding teachers performances
  • Maintain a good relationship with parents
  • Plan and organize events throughout the year
  • Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
  • Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success
  • Helping teachers maximize their teaching potential
  • Meeting and listening to concerns of students on a regular basis
  • Encouraging, guiding and assisting student leaders and teachers
  • Meeting with parents and administrators on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership (overseas graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Minimum 5 years experiences as Principal / Vice Principal
  • Good record of health
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skill and teamwork
  • Good Interpersonal Skill
  • Understanding of Christlike Education Philosophy
  • Strong leadership with good communication skills
  • Fluent (speaking & writing) in English
