Gambaran
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end Human Resources functions across the organization
- Plan and implement workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development initiatives
- Maintain positive employee relations and manage industrial relations to ensure a harmonious working environment
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
- Oversee HR administration and employee data accuracy using HRIS, e-Dabu, SIPP Ketenagakerjaan, and Microsoft Office
- Act as a strategic HR partner to management in supporting organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in a senior HR role, preferably as Section Head/Head of Human Resources
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, e-Dabu, and SIPP Ketenagakerjaan
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, industrial relations, and HR compliance
- Experienced in managing end-to-end HR functions: manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and training & development
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to undertake official travel to all Al Azhar Summarecon branches

Summarecon Agung, Tbk together with the Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School Foundation (YPIA) based in Sisimangaraja Kebayoran Baru – South Jakarta, collaborated to establish and manage the Al-Azhar Summarecon Serpong Islamic School as the second Al Azhar Islamic School to be established in the Summarecon city area.
