Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with IB DP Indonesian B and/or Cambridge IGCSE curriculum standards
  • Teach and support students in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and IB-style assessments
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to support language development
  • Create a supportive, inclusive, and culturally respectful classroom environment
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and proficiency levels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate language learning across disciplines
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
  • Utilize digital learning platforms such as ManageBac, Google Classroom, and Google Workspace
  • Stay updated with best practices in language teaching and apply innovative strategies
  • Foster a love for Bahasa Indonesia and lifelong language learning among students

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Bahasa Indonesia Education or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the education field
  • Experience teaching Indonesian B (IB Diploma Programme) and/or Bahasa Indonesia (Cambridge IGCSE)
  • Strong written and verbal English proficiency (professional level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, committed, creative, and energetic
  • Strong moral values and professional discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Classroom
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
