Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe, disciplined, and well-structured learning environment aligned with SBR’s vision, mission, and curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with all school staff to achieve academic excellence
  • Continuously develop personal and professional competencies
  • Support the Primary Principal in implementing school policies, procedures, and operational systems
  • Oversee school activities such as academic programs, discipline, and emergency procedures
  • Enforce a fair and consistent system for student attendance and discipline
  • Promote a positive school climate that encourages student accountability and high morale among staff
  • Develop and manage the academic calendar, including annual, semester, and quarterly schedules
  • Supervise and evaluate weekly plan, Planner, teaching programs, lesson planning, and classroom instruction
  • Promote innovative teaching strategies based on current child development and educational research
  • Lead regular level meetings and collaborative meetings
  • Oversee extracurricular programs and ensure smooth operation of school facilities
  • Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia with students, teachers, and parents
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to support student development
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to the Board of Directors or school management as required
  • Participate in training, seminars, professional networks, and educational organizations to support ongoing development
