Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and implement engaging lesson and assessment plans aligned with the school’s curriculum
  • Conduct and lead effective classes that promote curiosity, experimentation, and scientific thinking
  • Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
  • Work independently with professionalism and dedication, while collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Support students’ holistic development by fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Buddhist Religion Education or related field
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in using computers and digital tools for teaching and assessment
  • Demonstrates patience, creativity, and compassion in teaching
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
  • Willing to learn and continuously develop professionally
  • Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Elementary or Middle school, preferably in national or national-plus schools
  • Familiarity with student-centered and inquiry-based learning approaches
  • Practical knowledge of student evaluation and progress tracking in subjects
  • Strong classroom and student behaviour management abilities
  • Ability to design engaging and interactive lesson plans that nurture curiosity and discovery
  • Effective team player who can also work independently
