Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the school’s curriculum and educational objectives
  • Implement a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to the diverse learning styles of students
  • Provide individualised attention and support to each student, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional needs are met
  • Collaborate with parents to understand and address the specific needs of each child
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events
  • Contribute to the overall positive and nurturing learning environment of the Kindergarten

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
  • At least 1 year of experience teaching in a Kindergarten or preschool setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Creativity, patience, and a passion for guiding young children’s learning and growth
  • Proficiency in the Indonesian language, both written and verbal
  • A commitment to promoting the school’s values and contributing to its positive learning environment
