Gambaran
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the instructional program of each class in VEC in accordance with VEC standards
- Gear the program to the needs of each individual child and monitor the progress of each student as well as the class as a whole
- Be responsible for the arrangement, appearance, decor and learning environment of the classroom
- Attend all staff meetings as well as assigned training and/or professional development conducted at VEC premises or other places
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the parents
- Assist the manager and academic coordinator as needed
- Take an active part in any public relations and/or events conducted by VEC
- Obey and abide by all rules and regulations of Yayasan Pendidikan & Bahasa Victory
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics/Languages or equivalent
- Has at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably candidates specializing in Education or equivalent
