Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and supervise the marketing team
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for preschool enrollment
- Plan and manage promotional activities, open house, and school events
- Handle marketing administration and reporting
- Generate leads and find potential trial students / new enrollments
- Build relationships with parents, communities, and partners
- Seek sponsorship opportunities for school events and programs
- Manage social media and promotional materials
- Coordinate closely with Principal and management teams
- Monitor marketing performance and achieve enrollment targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Sales & Marketing (education industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Target-oriented and proactive personality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative in developing marketing strategies
- Able to handle administrative tasks and reporting
- Comfortable working with parents and children environment
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) is preferred
- Passionate about education and early childhood development
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as a team leader
