Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day marketing activities, planning and evaluating marketing activities
  • Communicating the school and student activities in social medias to boost the brand awareness and gain more enrollment
  • Overseeing the administrative functions at the Front Desk, including student enrollment, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Liaising with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues
  • Assisting the Principal (Management) in strategic planning and decision
  • Promoting the school’s image and reputation within the local community

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar school marketing or administrative role
  • Proven experience as a marketing officer or manager in a national plus and/or IB school
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology, such as student information systems and data management tools
  • A deep understanding of the education sector, with a commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment for students
  • A proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to think strategically
  • A bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field
