  • Drive Sales Performance – Lead the center team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while optimizing resources
  • Ensure Exceptional Member Experience – Oversee daily operations, ensuring the center maintains high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and Coach the Team – Mentor and support team members, equipping them with the skills to succeed in sales and customer service
  • Optimize Center Operations – Manage processes efficiently to create a smooth, engaging, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff

Requirements:

  • Micromanagement Skills – Ability to closely manage time, tools, and personnel to maximize center productivity
  • Sales Expertise – Proven ability to drive sales, lead by example, and assist in closing deals
  • Leadership & Problem-Solving – Strong leadership skills to inspire the team and address challenges with effective solutions
  • Customer Experience Focus – A keen eye for ensuring an outstanding environment for members, from cleanliness to service excellence
