  • Minimum 3 years experience as Primary or Secondary School Counselor
  • Psychology education background is a must
  • Are internationally minded, culturally aware, adaptable and resilient
  • Have excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Can demonstrate best practice in written, taught and assessed curriculum
  • Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of information technology for education: platforms, programmes, apps and web tools
  • Demonstrate sincere commitment to the holistic education of our students
  • Are committed to the safeguarding and protection of all students in the school
  • Are committed to professional development and growth : both self initiated (professionality) and school provided
  • Understand and are willing to implement Tzu Chi moral values
