Responsibilities:

  • Student Recruitment & Promotion
    • Create engaging content to attract new students and parents
    • Promote school programs, curriculum, facilities, and achievements
    • Develop campaigns for enrollment periods and open houses
    • participate in exhibitions, develop marketing events
    • Creating events n promotional activities to attract new students
  • Digital Marketing
    • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
    • Create reels, short videos, testimonials, and school activity highlights
    • Run and monitor digital ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
    • Update website content and landing pages for admissions
  • Content Creation
    • Write persuasive captions and advertising copy
    • Create newsletters and email campaigns for parents
    • Design brochures, flyers, banners, and posters
    • Develop storytelling content about students, teachers, and school events
  • Strategy & Reporting
    • Plan monthly content calendar
    • Analyze engagement, leads, and enrollment conversion rates
    • Suggest and do strategies to improve brand awareness and student inquiries

Requirements:

  • Background in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of parent psychology and education market
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
