Responsibilities:

  • Teach English language courses to college-level EFL students, focusing on the four core language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction based on sound ESL pedagogical principles
  • Contribute to curriculum development, assessment design, and student support
  • Teach additional liberal arts-related courses (e.g., Business English, Public Speaking, etc.) when needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in TESL, TEFL, TESOL, or a closely related field
  • Proven experience teaching English/ESL courses at the tertiary (college) level
  • Strong foundation in ESL/EFL pedagogy and best teaching practices
  • Excellent classroom communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience teaching courses connected to liberal arts or applied English is an advantage
  • English Language Proficiency
  • IELTS: Minimum overall score of 7.5
  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum total score of 108
