Gambaran
Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering engaging art lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs and interests of primary school students
- Developing and implementing innovative lesson plans
- Fostering students’ creativity, imagination, and artistic expression through a variety of media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and more
- Encouraging students to explore their artistic talents and build confidence in their abilities
- Participating in school events, exhibitions, and community outreach activities to showcase student artwork
- Collaborating with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to art education
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of various art media, techniques, and curriculum development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proven ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Passion for nurturing creativity and inspiring students to explore their artistic potential
- Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with a team of educators
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written)
