Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Design and administer assessments (quizzes, exams, assignments) to evaluate student progress
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback to students on their performance
  • Track student performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a respectful and productive learning environment
  • Promote discipline and guide students in following school rules and procedures
  • Communicate with parents
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant area
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the relevant field (IB training/experience is an advantage)
  • Possess good managerial and interpersonal skills (planning, monitoring, and evaluating) & the ability to collaborate well in a team
  • Non-smokers preferred
  • Should be an inspirational, passionate and adaptable educator with the ability to deliver an inquiry-based, trans-disciplinary programme
  • Has a deep & good understanding / knowledge of subject to be taught
  • Has a good Classroom Management & Student Behaviour Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
