Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and vision for the Preschool division
  • Ensure high standards of teaching and learning in line with Cambridge and international best practices
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring safety, care, and holistic development of all preschool students
  • Support, guide, and evaluate teachers to enhance instructional quality
  • Collaborate with parents and the school community to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment
  • Drive innovation in curriculum planning, play-based learning, and technology integration
  • Oversee professional development and maintain accountability for teacher performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Leadership, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in early childhood or primary education
  • Strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • A role model in integrity, teamwork, and passion for education
  • Ability to inspire teachers, students, and parents while upholding integrity
  • International school experience (Cambridge or similar) is an advantage

Historically, Bina Bangsa School was founded in 2001, intending to fulfil the aspirations of families who wished to give their children a national education with a global outlook.
