Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners
  • Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through meaningful activities and exploration
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development
  • Work closely with colleagues and school leadership to ensure high-quality early childhood education
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and well-being
  • Maintain a positive and supportive classroom culture that encourages independence and confidence in young learners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual school environment
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and patient personality with a genuine passion for working with young children
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse international school community

Historically, Bina Bangsa School was founded in 2001, intending to fulfil the aspirations of families who wished to give their children a national education with a global outlook.
