Overview
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and attract prospective students
- Overseeing the creation and distribution of impactful marketing content across various channels, including digital, print, and events
- Collaborating with the admissions team to support lead generation and conversion efforts
- Analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the school’s marketing initiatives remain innovative and effective
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably within the education sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to various stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting to drive informed decision-making
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading and motivating a team of marketing professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
