Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences
  • Implement our eclectic curriculum with creativity and intention
  • Foster a warm, respectful, and internationally minded classroom culture
  • Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic and Character Building
  • Build positive and professional partnerships with parents

Requirements:

  • Hold a Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Have strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice Minimum 2 years experience
  • Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and reflective teaching habits
  • Communicate confidently in English
  • Value collaboration, professionalism, and growth
  • Experience in an international setting is an advantage
