Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develops standardized curricula & assesses teaching methods
  • Supervises hires & evaluates teacher and education staff
  • Oversees daily operation
  • Overview administrative tasks
  • Monitors student achievement
  • Implements & monitors school policies and safety protocols
  • Researches and acquires new materials and resources
  • Plan regular maintenance of school buildings, ground, and equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or any major related
  • Age 33-45 years old
  • Minimum of 3 years in early childhood education
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Principal
  • Strong in leadership & Communication Skills
  • Have a good work ethic
  • Love to work in an educational environment
  • Good team work
  • Good in English
