Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and strategic leadership for our early childhood community
  • Guide the implementation and continuous refinement of our eclectic curriculum
  • Mentor and develop teachers through structured training and supportive coaching
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative school culture
  • Build strong, trusting partnerships with families
  • Ensure high standards in teaching quality, child well-being, and school operations

Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Master’s Degree in Education or related field
  • Has leadership experience in early childhood or international settings (Minimum 3 Years Experience)
  • Values collaboration, open communication, and shared growth
  • Understands child-centered, developmentally appropriate practices
  • Leads with empathy, integrity, and clarity
  • Believes professional growth and community belonging go hand in hand
