Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Parents, Psychologist and the other Teachers to achieve successful learning goals
  • Working along with Teachers to follow the student individualized education plan
  • Helping student to focus and understand learning material (projects, test and assignments)
  • Developing behavior management strategies
  • Encouraging a student to have an active interaction with peers
  • Reviewing a student’s developmental progress
  • Monitoring interaction between students

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge in handling Special Needs Students
  • 1+ year experience would be prioritized
  • Actively using English both for speaking and writing
  • Have the heart to assist and guide Special Needs Student
  • Understanding authority guideline between teacher and student in School setting
  • Critical thinking skill and have the ability to create fun learning experience
  • Have the ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Willing to be placed in Muara Karang and PIK 2, Jakarta Utara
