  • Ensure high-quality teaching delivery, student engagement, and effective learning assessment in alignment with academic standards.
  • Conduct and publish impactful research, actively participate in research projects, and contribute to scholarly development at national or international levels.
  • Engage in and propose meaningful community service programs as part of academic contribution.
  • Continuously participate in professional and self-development programs to enhance academic competencies.
  • Maintain, review, and improve curriculum and course materials, while monitoring and evaluating teaching effectiveness regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology
  • Willing to be located in Bandung, preferably based on residency
  • 2+ years of teaching experience
