Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Implement activity for learning program and facilitator/ content creators’ growth
  • Provide activities related to curriculum development and project bundle through learning path development
  • Maintain and enhance good customer experience through course development and delivery
  • Curate and categorize self-learning courses from content creators
  • Maintain partnership with facilitator/ content Creators for both content provider and other collaboration
  • Develop related custom programs
  • Keep track of product marketing development in collaboration with commerce and business development department
  • Provide and review data on product strategy & roadmap implementation
  • Provide and review data on current product effectiveness and ensure further enhancement as well as development
  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) (preferrably from Business / Management / Psychology / Computer Sciences / Other related fields)
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Instructional design
  • Knowledge in training/ education industry
  • Knowledge in working LMS and other digital learning platform

Widia Soerjaningsih, MM. dedicated her entire life to the development of the education sector in Indonesia. Her touch was to add another ‘3K’ to Joseph Wibowo’s existing success strategy, thus forming the “6K Success Strategy”: The ‘6K’s’ are: Kesempatan (Opportunity), Keberanian (Courage), Keberuntungan (Good Fortune), Kemauan (Willingness), Kerja keras (Hard work), Kepercayaan kepada Tuhan (Belief in God).

The name BINA NUSANTARA was given by Rudy Poerwana. Literally the name means ‘Building the Archipelago’. This name holds the aspiration that this institution can build and develop the islands of Indonesia through education. That dream still lives on until to this very day.
