Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality management system (QMS) procedures, forms, and documentation in line with internal and external standards
- Ensure proper documentation control and accessibility of BINUS University’s QMS across departments
- Support the development and continuous improvement of BINUS Business Processes in collaboration with relevant units
- Facilitate compliance with government regulations and national/international accreditation standards
- Prepare documentation and data to support national and international accreditation processes (e.g., Borang)
- Monitor new program/system implementations and maintain quality standards across the institution
- Organize and deliver quality management-related training for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree preferred, in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in quality assurance, documentation, or accreditation support
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory/accreditation requirements
- Excellent organizational and documentation management skills
- Experience in process improvement and business process development
- Strong communication and coordination skills across various departments
- Proficiency in using digital tools for document control, reporting, and process tracking

Along the way, Theresia Widia Soerjaningsih added a new touch to the BINA NUSANTARA institution. As a caring and affectionate leader, Dr. Ir. Th. Widia Soerjaningsih, MM. dedicated her entire life to the development of the education sector in Indonesia. Her touch was to add another ‘3K’ to Joseph Wibowo’s existing success strategy, thus forming the “6K Success Strategy”: The ‘6K’s’ are: Kesempatan (Opportunity), Keberanian (Courage), Keberuntungan (Good Fortune), Kemauan (Willingness), Kerja keras (Hard work), Kepercayaan kepada Tuhan (Belief in God).
The name BINA NUSANTARA was given by Rudy Poerwana. Literally the name means ‘Building the Archipelago’. This name holds the aspiration that this institution can build and develop the islands of Indonesia through education. That dream still lives on until to this very day.
