Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one educational consultations to prospective students and/or parents
- Introduce and explain English Academy’s programs and benefits
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to deliver accurate and compelling presentations
- Assist and guide clients through the enrollment and payment process
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and follow-ups
- Participate in on-site and off-site marketing events to help increase brand visibility and lead generation
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, education consultancy, or direct marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and presentable
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Passionate about education and helping others achieve their learning goals
- Willing to support and actively contribute to marketing and promotional events
