Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit and keep records of regular reports and/or required documents to Dinas Pendidikan and/or Ministry of Education relevant offices and Chief Academic Officer for the respective school
  • Coordinate with the Government Liaison and Compliance Officer for any compliance matters with regard to Dinas Pendidikan and/or Ministry of Education rules and regulations including any proposed visit from a relevant supervisor  from  Dinas  Pendidikan  and/or  Ministry  of  Education  and  to provide the Government Liaison and Compliance Officer with a report summarizing any visit
  • Maintain good relations with the local supervisor from Dinas Pendidikan and/or Ministry of Education through regular visits and communication
  • Responsible for filing and updating reporting files and/or compiling required documentation on a regular basis and submit a copy to the Government Liaison and Compliance Officer for corporate files
  • Organize and oversee preparations for the Indonesian National Exams and all participating students. Following these exams the Administrative Head  Teacher  must  prepare  a  complete  report  for  internal  purposes detailing all aspects of the procedure, participants, results and personnel involved

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  • Active NUKS
