Overview
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for parents in terms of customer service, addressing inquiries with professionalism and care
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and prospective families
- Support admissions through chat communication with parents, school tours, consultations, and follow-ups
- Maintain parent databases and prepare reports on engagement and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or customer/parent relations (school experience a plus)
- Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and approachable
- Skilled in social media management, event coordination, and basic design tools (example: Canva)
- Able to use phone proficiently (e.g. phone messaging tools, and other systems)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexible and willing to work evenings/weekends for school events (occasionally)
- Professional, positive, and proactive
