Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior years
  • Conduct variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
  • Provide recommendations on cost optimization, investment prioritization, and revenue enhancement
  • Support strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate financial implications of business cases, capex projects, or strategic plans using tools like IRR, NPV, and ROI
  • Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess financial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business analysis, or advisory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions, modeling), and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with financial and accounting systems/software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to perform financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
  • Good understanding of financial metrics and tools such as IRR, NPV, and ROI
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
