Responsibilities:
- As a Marketing, you’ll serve as the cornerstone of our business expansion endeavors. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting educational institutions to elevate and flourish. This role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including strategic planning, curriculum enrichment, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement
- Work closely with school leadership to craft and execute a comprehensive business development strategy in alignment with the school’s mission and objectives
- Identify and assess potential avenues for growth, whether it’s expanding enrollment, introducing new programs, or forging partnerships
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint trends, voids, and opportunities for distinction
- Cultivate strategic alliances with organizations, enterprises, and community stakeholders to enrich the school’s offerings, resources, and funding
- Nurture and sustain relationships with prospective partners, negotiating win-win agreements
- Track financial performance, analyze data, and furnish recommendations for maximizing revenue and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with curriculum experts to assess current programs, curriculum, and teaching methodologies
- Spotlight opportunities for program enhancement, innovation, and expansion rooted in student needs, industry trends, and stakeholder input
- Forge robust connections with parents, alumni, and community members to garner support and involvement with the school
- Team up with the marketing and communications team to devise compelling messaging and outreach strategies
- Coordinate and manage events, open houses, and community outreach endeavors to champion the school’s mission and entice prospective students
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar capacity, preferably within the education domain
- Keen analytical acumen, with a knack for interpreting data, conducting market research, and identifying growth prospects
- Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess, coupled with the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of prevailing trends and best practices in education, curriculum design, and program evaluation
- Robust project management aptitude, adept at juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
About Koding Next
The idea of establishing a programming school appeared in Bartek Wasik’s mind in 2015 when he tried to find a comprehensive coding school in Jakarta to enable his two sons (our first students) to learn programming. When he realized that there was no such institution in Indonesia, he decided to build his own. He shared this idea with his friend Mateusz Rybinski and his business partner Mr. Inayat Ali. Bartek and his over 12 years of experience in education in Indonesia and Mateusz’s knowledge about various aspects of technology and franchise models as well as Mr. Ali’s 40 years of business experience helped them to start Koding Next. We’ve grown from 19 students in January 2017 to more than 400 students in the first 9 months and almost 1000 students in 2018.
Our team consists of specialists in the fields of education, business, social studies, linguistics, science and technology. Our Indonesian team works with experts from the USA, Europe, Japan and South Korea.
We are focused on developing our methodology to effectively teach technology to anyone. We follow digital trends to offer the newest and most effective tools and techniques in the fast changing educational World.
We attend the largest international trade shows in the fields of education and technology to scout best solutions for our schools.
We evaluate and improve our curriculum every three months based on the feedback from our students and parents as well as the latest World trends in technology training. We do this in order to offer our students the best pedagogy combined with the latest technological tools.
We have been the only coding school in Indonesia that offers courses for ALL age Groups. It’s a great accomplishment that only few institutions in the World have been able to achieve.
Our complex curriculum consists of more than fifty courses offered to ALL age groups.
