Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Character Building / Values Education lessons to secondary students
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons that promote integrity, responsibility, respect, empathy, and leadership
  • Facilitate meaningful discussions and activities that encourage students to reflect on ethical values and personal growth
  • Support the school’s mission in cultivating a positive school culture and strong moral character among students
  • Work closely with school leaders, teachers, and counselors to support students’ social and emotional development
  • Encourage students to demonstrate positive behavior, leadership, and community engagement
  • Contribute to school programs, assemblies, and initiatives that promote character development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or private school environment
  • Strong passion for student character development and values-based education
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage students in meaningful discussions
  • Ability to mentor and guide students in personal growth and leadership development
  • A positive role model with strong integrity and professional ethics

About Bina Bangsa School

Historically, Bina Bangsa School was founded in 2001, intending to fulfil the aspirations of families who wished to give their children a national education with a global outlook. Henceforth, BBS came into existence – with an internationally recognised Cambridge programme - IGCSE and ‘A’ Levels Curricular.
