Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Facility & Event Coordination
    • Manage facility bookings and schedules
    • Update and monitor Google Calendar; resolve scheduling conflicts
    • Coordinate with Operations teams (GA, Maintenance, IT) for event readiness
    • Handle basic facility requests, complaints, and maintenance follow-ups
  • Inventory & Asset Management
    • Maintain and update asset inventory records
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
    • Support stock opname and track asset movement/condition
  • Afterschool Activities (ASA)
    • Coordinate ASA schedules and liaise with vendors
    • Support parent communication and vendor documentation
    • Assist in developing new ASA programs and preparing reports
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
    • Support SOP updates and cross-team coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration or related
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations/admin (school experience preferred)
  • English proficiency Written and oral, good communication skill
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
