Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and water pump systems
  • Conduct rapid troubleshooting and repairs for any mechanical or electrical system malfunctions
  • Oversee and monitor electrical panels, power generators (Genset), fire protection systems (hydrants/sprinklers), and plumbing installations (clean and waste water)
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for large-scale installation or repair projects
  • Prepare and maintain regular maintenance activity reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
  • Proficient in high-voltage and low-voltage systems, as well as air conditioning systems (Central/Split units)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD)
  • Certification in Electrical Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Listrik) is highly preferred
  • Honest, disciplined, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Work Location: This position will be responsible for building facilities located in Modernland & Modernhill
