Overview
Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that integrate the Cambridge Primary and National Curiculum
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum, share best practices, and support student learning
- Foster a love for learning and inquiry in students
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents about student progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of current educational trends
Requirements :
- Relevant teaching qualification and experience teaching elementary students, ideally with exposure to international curricula and/or Indonesian national curriculum
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Understanding of both the Cambridge Primary and National Curiculum frameworks and their pedagogical approaches
- Passionate about creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment
- Strong understanding of child development and learning
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
