Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business and Accounting lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level curriculum
  • Use diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, promoting practical applications and critical thinking in business concepts
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and collaboration
  • Stay updated with curriculum developments and actively contribute to the school’s academic and co-curricular programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and participate in professional development activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Accounting, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Business and Accounting at the IGCSE and A Level, with expertise in the Cambridge curriculum
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach in a multicultural school setting
