Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the preschool or primary school, aligning with the school’s mission, vision, and values
- Manage and develop a team of dedicated teaching and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets national and international standards
- Monitor student progress and achievement, and implement data-driven strategies to support continuous improvement
- Foster strong relationships with parents, the local community, and other stakeholders to promote the school’s growth and success
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and policies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool or primary school, including budgeting and resource allocation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector, preferably in a preschool or primary school setting
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being preferred
- Strong understanding of early years or primary education curriculum design and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
- Commitment to promoting the school’s values and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
