Overview

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the preschool or primary school, aligning with the school’s mission, vision, and values
• Manage and develop a team of dedicated teaching and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets national and international standards
• Monitor student progress and achievement, and implement data-driven strategies to support continuous improvement
• Foster strong relationships with parents, the local community, and other stakeholders to promote the school’s growth and success
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and policies
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool or primary school, including budgeting and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the education sector, preferably in a preschool or primary school setting
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being preferred
• Strong understanding of early years or primary education curriculum design and delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
• Commitment to promoting the school’s values and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
