Responsibilities:

  • Handling placement test
  • Assign teacher for corporate and private classes
  • Quality control classes
  • Controlling and handling issues classes (Attandance, reschedule class, scoring and comment from teacher, etc)
  • Share feedback classes
  • Weekly Report

Requirements:

  • English Skill (Min TOEFL 500 / TOEIC 785)
  • Active english spoken and written
  • Reporting and administration skills
  • Communicative and tech-savvy
  • Bachelor’s Degree English Language Education
  • Ex Customer Advisor (preferable)
