Overview
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads, understand parents’ and students’ needs, and match them to the right program
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website forms, and walk-ins
- Guide parents through the application process (forms, document checks, fees)
- Plan and execute admissions events: open house, info sessions, fairs, etc.
- Coordinate with Principals, Finance, and School Program & Support to issue offers and confirm seats
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant degree
- Preferably have experience in SPK School or K-12 settings
- Must be fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
- At least 2 years of experience in school admissions, education services, or consumer/service marketing. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive with excellent time management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
- Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for events and peak admissions periods
