Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop creative visual content for digital and printed materials, including social media, website, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Manage and update social media platforms and digital communication channels regularly
  • Produce content that reflects the school’s values, culture, and learning environment
  • Apply SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and performance
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support school events, campaigns, and admissions activities
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and analyze engagement metrics for continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistency of branding across all design and marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design
  • Strong proficiency in content creation, visual design, and content strategy across digital platforms
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM and social media marketing
  • Highly creative with a strong artistic sense and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and technology literate, with proficiency in relevant design and marketing software
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in the education or school environment will be an advantage
