Overview
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administration in the HR division (Attendance, documents, contracts, etc.)
- Assist with accreditation for study programs and the university
- Manage foreign workers
- Handle lecturers and non-lecturers at the university
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a university setting
- Proficient in English (active)
- Used to working in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of the Labor Law and regulations related to Lecturers in Indonesia
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
