Overview

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Education or a related discipline from a reputable university, together with recognised teaching qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering and assessing the Cambridge curriculum, particularly Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE (First Language English or English as a Second Language), IELTS preparation and Cambridge International AS/A Level
  • Strong understanding of curriculum planning, differentiated instruction, assessment for learning, and effective classroom management
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience in an International or SPK school, preferably within a Cambridge curriculum environment
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Strong ICT competence and confidence in integrating technology to enhance teaching and learning
  • A collaborative and proactive team member who is creative, reflective, and well-organised
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for education
  • Adaptable, student-centred, and responsive to diverse learning needs
  • Willing to go the extra mile to support students’ academic progress and well-being
