Overview
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging EAL lessons tailored to students’ needs
- Assess and monitor students’ language progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to support students’ language development
- Provide additional language support as needed
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in EAL or ESL
- Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g. CELTA, DELTA, PGCE, TESOL)
- Experience working with students from diverse linguistic backgrounds
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting language development in an international school setting
