Overview
Responsibilities:
- Create and enforce educational policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of education.
- Oversee the performance of teachers and administrative staff, providing feedback and professional development opportunities
- Allocate resources effectively, manage the school’s budget, and ensure financial stability.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations, ensuring the school operates within legal guidelines.
- Organize and oversee student activities and events, fostering a positive school culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the community, addressing concerns and promoting involvement
- Lead long-term planning initiatives to improve school performance and adapt to educational trends
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in educational administration or management is essential. 3-5 years of experience as a School Principal or School Coordinator, preferably in a similar size and level of school
- Will be placed in Jakarta/Cianjur/Kubu Raya/Banjarmasin
