Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver physics lessons that are aligned with the national curriculum and tailored to the needs and abilities of your students
  • Create and implement engaging learning activities, demonstrations, and experiments to bring physics concepts to life
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their understanding and skills
  • Collaborate with other teachers and subject specialists to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to science education
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on student performance
  • Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school’s physics programme

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related scientific field
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching physics at the secondary level
  • Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for engaging and inspiring students
  • Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continuously improve your teaching practice
