Overview
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process; which involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Upholding confidentiality and handling sensitive candidate information appropriately
- Prepare and record the employment agreements
- Conduct induction process of new employees (onboarding)
- Monitor and update (if necessary), employees’ related documents
- Help to develop, socialize, implement, enforce and evaluate HR policies to improve the human resources performance
- Provides HR general support such as the administration of legal documents, permits, employee attendances and events (training/gathering/outing)
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource &/ Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with various departments within the organization
- The capacity to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and talent needs
- Comfortable with using relevant technology & common recruitment assessment tools
