Overview

Responsibilities:

  • The position of upper primary school teacher consists of teaching Kinderfield Primary School Sunter students in one or more subjects; such as English and Computer at the primary school basic level, social studies, and other formative skills
  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans, learning materials, and activities aligned with the school curriculum
  • Create engaging learning experiences through storytelling, games, songs, group work, and project-based tasks
  • Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and class participation
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback and progress updates to students and parents
  • Prepare evaluation reports, student portfolios, and academic documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff for school events, meetings, and professional development
  • Ensure student safety and follow child protection policies at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in English Education/Elementary Education
  • Minimum 1 -2 year of working experience in the related field is required
  • Strong English proficiency with clear pronunciation
  • Able to create age-appropriate learning materials
  • Genuine passion in Education
  • Patient, friendly, good with children and communicate well with parents
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Uses engaging methods (example : stories, TPR, songs, games)
  • Familiar with Quizizz, Kahoot, Wordwall (optional)
  • Having a pleasant personality
  • Understands child safety policies
  • Computer literate: Google Workspace, Office, Canva
  • Preferably Staff (non – management &/ non – supervisor) specialized in Education or equivalent
  • Can join as soon as possible
