Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and data entry
- Support procurement processes by helping prepare requests and tracking supplies
- Assist in monitoring office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
- Help coordinate simple logistics (meeting room setup, event preparation, etc.)
- Support GA team in ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Active student or fresh graduate from any major (preferably Library Science, Administration, Education, or related fields)
- Basic understanding of library operations is an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
- Comfortable interacting with students, staff, and visitors
- Able to work based on schedule set by the institution
- High level of integrity and professionalism
