Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall operations and academic of the school
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff including provide feedback, training, coaching and mentoring
  • Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents
  • Manage school budgets, resources, and daily operations, including reviews and approval related to academic administration
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and assessments

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from early Childhood Education, English Literacy, Psychology or a related field are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood education and 3 years of leadership experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams of teachers and staff
  • Have a strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Able to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of early childhood development principles and curriculum frameworks
  • Passionate about early childhood education
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
  • High level of integrity and responsibility
